Volunteer Opportunities
Program Volunteers
A weekly full day commitment working directly with our adults with special needs in either Creative Skills or Brain Building Centers.
Product Volunteers
A weekly opportunity working with our pottery, cleaning green ware, or touching up glazed bisque before it is fired in the kiln.
Respite Volunteers
A 23-hour bi-monthly weekend opportunity to support Respite Staff during Coventry’s Respite program, both at the Respite House and during community outings.
Facilities/Maintenance
A weekly half day or full day commitment to help with ongoing tasks to keep our facility and grounds maintained.
Maintenance Morning Volunteer
A Saturday morning opportunity working with our families, staff, and volunteers to clean and organize indoors, maintain our gardens outdoors, or decorate for Christmas.
Group Volunteer Projects
An opportunity for a community or church group to help with specific facility or grounds projects or special events.
Auxiliary Garden Club
An occasional commitment to help us keep our landscaped butterfly gardens maintained.
*Coventry Reserve is limited regarding our ability to implement volunteers under the age of eighteen (18). Coventry staff will consider youth groups for Maintenance Mornings or Group Volunteer Projects, provided an appropriate number of adults can accompany the youth participants wishing to volunteer.
